As many of you may have noticed the doors of Kula are closed, the business has ceased to operate for close to a month now. It is a great oportunity for all the wonderfull teachers and students to branch out even more into the community. We are on thanks to Douglas Brooks rescheduling in Park City, we are on with our Anusara Yoga, Intermediate to Advanced level Practice, this Saturday from 1pm to about 4pm folowed by a fun get together and pot-luck. Please don't miss this one, you never know, could be the last of it's sort.

Hey, it's that time again, the Anusara Advanced and Intermediate Yoga Practice is this weekend at Kula Yoga Studio, it starts at 1PM and should go till just about 4:15 or so depending on how the group is holding up. Come on down and bring a snack for afterwords if you would like.

Intermediate to Advanced Yoga Practice this weekend at Kula Yoga Studio, 1pm to 4pm'ish. Not quite the tottal Advanced Practice so bring your intermediate yoga game and let's have some fun. Saturday, 1 to 4, bring a snack for afterwords. If you havn't been to a Practice, they are loads of fun and are a great way to step up your practice!
