As people we don't always like differences. We notice them easily and sometimes pick people apart before getting to know them. I feel that people need to be willing to take more time to get to know people rather than judge them right away for their unique differences!
Yoga and Meditation are important they help you to center yourself through the use of the breath the breath can be powerful.
Journey through yourself by breathing into your body and experiencing all that is there. Do this even if its awkward or scary at first because your body is there to support you.

Freedom can be found in the body! It takes time sometimes and strength and patience. Yoga and Dance are great ways to achieve the feeling of freedom in the body.

Yoga and movement of the body - feeling inside to what there is to feel is essential.
Feel your essence.
Your breath the fire, the wind and the waves beneath your soul.
Even the earthquakes that occur inside you.
Movement meditation push you further to look inside yourself.
Within you doubts within your pain you find gratitude too!
You are brave , strong and amazing.
Feel inside the pain the heart-ache the amazement, the wonder .
Push yourself further because you can !
Yoga is what helps you make sense of the everyday by grounding you into the moment.
Yoga and movement and mindfulness are essential to your life and daily health.
Its important to Breathe this holiday season slow down and be grateful and mindful of ourselves. Its important to see the beauty in the Chaos. I agree this can be hard. It can be hard to see the beauty in the daily imperfections of life.
But remember we must not let ourselves down we must remember we are important just as we are.

It's important for many of us to learn to be in our bodies. Yoga is a way it's a way to feel and connect with your body. It's a way to get into the world and turn off your thoughts.
Mandalas are very calming for those with Autism , Anxiety , PTSD and many other conditions. I feel like more people should be doing colouring and other meditative arts like Zentangles.
