absolutely crushed all aspects of competition. Laura made sure that her diet and nutrition was on check and showed up on weight. She followed the training plan and was feeling fresh the day of. There was quite a bit of chaos in the back involving coaches and the technical officials, and Laura did a excellent job silencing that noise and focusing on the task at hand. All in all, Laura was the model athlete for this entire journey. I’m incredibly proud of her efforts and excited to see what this woman has in store for the future!

A first for the Four Horsemen Strength and Conditioning crew! We’re at Maters Nationals, taking place in Salt Lake City Utah! has been putting in the work lately and judging by how she looked and felt yesterday in the training hall, I’d say she’s going to crush today! She lifts on the White Platform at 1:35 Mountain Time. Link to the live stream will be in the bio!

Today’s goal was to get a moderate 5 mile in this morning and then get another 4 miles in this afternoon with .a.dimarco when she gets off work. All 5 miles at a pace between 8:30 and 8:45. Felt good to push the pace a bit!

Got in an easy 5 miles today! Damn my legs were tired. I must say, I almost convinced myself to take a day off, but then I saw everyone tagging and it motivated me to at least get the minimum in! 5 more towards the 150 this month!

New challenge for the month of July! I’m going to run 150 miles while .a.dimarco is running 100! We had a bunch of people reach out via our stories the other day and say they are up for a challenge! So whether you’re running 50,75,100,150 or biking 200, use the hashtag we came up with so we can cheer each other on and keep one another accountable! Being healthy to begin with is still the best way to prevent or overcome the Rona! The best part is it’s NEVER to late to get started getting fit! So dust off those running shoes and get after it!
