absolutely crushed all aspects of competition. Laura made sure that her diet and nutrition was on check and showed up on weight. She followed the training plan and was feeling fresh the day of. There was quite a bit of chaos in the back involving coaches and the technical officials, and Laura did a excellent job silencing that noise and focusing on the task at hand. All in all, Laura was the model athlete for this entire journey. I’m incredibly proud of her efforts and excited to see what this woman has in store for the future!

A first for the Four Horsemen Strength and Conditioning crew! We’re at Maters Nationals, taking place in Salt Lake City Utah! has been putting in the work lately and judging by how she looked and felt yesterday in the training hall, I’d say she’s going to crush today! She lifts on the White Platform at 1:35 Mountain Time. Link to the live stream will be in the bio!

gets 125kg for 4 back squats to close out our Intensification phase! Really excited to see how her and the rest of the team explode once we bring down the volume of the strength lifts and up the competition lifts! They have been incredibly patient with prioritizing general strength these past few cycles! It’s going to pay off guys! Keep pushing!

We have quite a few people logging the miles this month as part of the ! Here’s a quick video of full body workout that we like to do 2-3 times a week to make sure our strength sticks around while we’re doing all those runs! Minimal equipment is needed! A few DBs or a heavy jug of water will be more than enough! Keep the rest short and get in and get out! Make sure you tag us if you try it out!!!

Today’s goal was to get a moderate 5 mile in this morning and then get another 4 miles in this afternoon with .a.dimarco when she gets off work. All 5 miles at a pace between 8:30 and 8:45. Felt good to push the pace a bit!

8.6 miles today and feeing good! Decided to run from our house in Oak Park back to and across the bridge! Beautiful day out!

Got in an easy 5 miles today! Damn my legs were tired. I must say, I almost convinced myself to take a day off, but then I saw everyone tagging and it motivated me to at least get the minimum in! 5 more towards the 150 this month!

New challenge for the month of July! I’m going to run 150 miles while .a.dimarco is running 100! We had a bunch of people reach out via our stories the other day and say they are up for a challenge! So whether you’re running 50,75,100,150 or biking 200, use the hashtag we came up with so we can cheer each other on and keep one another accountable! Being healthy to begin with is still the best way to prevent or overcome the Rona! The best part is it’s NEVER to late to get started getting fit! So dust off those running shoes and get after it!

I show a simple way of how I track mileage through excel. Use this method as a way to track your miles, stay motivated and plan scheduled rest days! If you have any questions on how to set this up, feel free to shoot me a DM!
