The People of Kirin do brunch.

Learning new skills and starting a new routine can feel scary and hard. At Kirin CrossFit we want you to know that we are here to help. We coach you as an individual, in a group setting and help everyone modify the workouts to help them achieve their goals.

We aren’t selling gym memberships. At Kirin CrossFit we’re transforming lives.

Walk into Kirin and see people smiling, laughing and working hard.

Walk into a traditional gym and see almost no smiles, definitely not a lot of laughing, and probably people working too hard.

“Functional movement” you’ve probably heard it a lot. But what does it actually mean? Here at Kirin CrossFit we believe it means being able to do things outside of the gym better! Take this father son duo that hits the gym every day as an example. They both play hockey and have noticed tremendous gains on the ice because of CrossFit.
