A fun group run on the Pipeline Trail today at Millcreek Canyon. 10 miles!

The mountain goat group ran/hiked/scrambled 9.33 miles with more than 3,000 feet elevation gain to the top of Black Mountain. Way to go!

A little nature therapy on the Pipeline Trail today, Millcreek Canyon. We ran in a few separate groups today. We can't always run together but we find ways to support each other regardless.

Congratulations to members of our group who braved the sleet and snow and ran the Salt Lake City Half Marathon last weekend!
