9 seed Dylan Winona will face 6 seed Will Pedersen in the championship match of the 3rd annual UGA Utah Junior State Amateur 8:30 a.m. Wed. morning at Bonneville GC.
Winona, a UVU commit, defeated Kanyon DeRyke 1up in today’s semifinal match. Pederen, a Utes Golf commit, defeated co-medalist and 2 seed Jaxon Erickson. Complete tournament scoring is available on UGA.org

14 seed Aspen Taylor (photo) will take on 4 seed Kate Walker 8:00 a.m. Wednesday morning at Bonneville GC in the championship match of the 3rd annual UGA Utah Girls’ Junior State Amateur. Taylor defeated 2 seed Natalie Mclane 4-and-3 in this afternoon’s semifinal match. Walker defeated Kaylee Westfall 3-and-2 in the other semifinal.

Kareen Larson and Molly Steffes captured the 2026 Utah Women’s Four-Ball Championship at Toana Vista GC this week, holding off defending champion Nuny Khamken and new partner Amanda Henneman in a dramatic finish in West Wendover, NV.
