Huzzah! Utah Ren Fest is right around the corner!
From May 9-10, 16-17, 23-25, we will hold a fight block starting at 11:00 am each day.
Stick around afterwards to participate in fight-a-knight and more entertainment throughout the day!
Festival hours are from 10:00am to 7:00pm

Relax! The weekend is almost here

Hello team,

Just a heads-up for our next competition practice this coming Saturday:
There will be a guest MMA fighter helping us with demonstrations and learning new techniques this practice. We'll be focusing on building and refining technique, especially for those interested in jumping into competition melees or improving what you've already got. 😁

Plan for the day:

First Part: Warm-up and workout (mobility, and cardio to start strong and stay injury-free)

Second part: Soft kit drills (technique work, footwork, targeting, etc.)

Third part: Transition to kitted practice (applying it in gear)

It's open to anyone motivated to get better at competitive fighting or just wanting to learn more.
