The five people closest to you is who you’re gonna emulate… take a moment to think about those people ask yourself is this the person I wanna be?

My community has evolved many times as I have … I am so grateful for the positive, uplifting and passionate people who are my soul family💕🌈💕

Mother’s Day 2024…so honored to receive the opportunity to raise this beauty~ she taught me so much💕

I decided to write 5 messages to my younger self for my birthday…a little love for my 26 year old self~ thought I would share💕1-Everything you’re experiencing now, good or bad, has an exquisite purpose for your future self and the lessons you are learning from these experiences are going to make you an even greater woman, lover, healer, and guide then you can ever imagine… trust in the purpose of your experiences💕

2-Your body is beautiful and perfect just as it is it is going to change and morph. Just like all things in nature! A tree does not judge itself in the fall when its leaves are browning… or by the size of its fruits. Even when all of its leaves have fallen, it’s continues to stand tall and proud through all seasons. You are no different than a tree, so stand tall and bear your fruit and lose your leaves with Grace, knowing that there is beauty and all the cycles of your life.

3-You are so powerful and smart trust and know this in your bones. Even when you feel like you have done wrong or made a mistake these experiences serve as lessons that make you a better teacher and mother. Due to your experiences, you guide others through compassion, connection, and understanding that could have only come from your first hand mistakes. There will be many AND this makes you an excellent support for others seeking guidance

4-Play more! I promise you you will get all that needs to be done done and you will do it with a lighter heart which is the true measure of accomplishment in life💕

5-Life is short don’t waste a single moment doing things that are not in alignment for you! Yes, this may mean that you will walk paths that lead you away from what you think is important yet if you deeply trust in your intuition it will prove to you over and over again there is something you are also walking towards and your soul will always lead you back to love. Walking towards love sometimes feels like heartbreak but it’s more like love gym! Those sets and reps of one experience we’re just making you stronger and more vital for the next session, keep lifting with all your heart.

The ladies literary Club House was built in 1877 by WOMEN who wanted to bring higher education to the people of Salt Lake City… from the stained glass windows to the 1920s style ballroom this incredible building will hold the space for us to usher in the year of the wood snake with over 200 women dressed in white✨🐍✨

We spent the day touring this incredible venue, prepping the lights of gold, the projections of glistening serpentine images that will surround the hundreds of women ready to shed their skins and dance in the new year…

With over 13 interactive vendors, photo booth, live art, gaiwan tea ceremony, tarot readings, massage and acupuncture (just to name a few) we have to meticulously coordinate to provide an evening that flows with grace and leaves everyone in awe✨

It’s a lot of work and I feel so blessed to be surrounded by powerful & wise women bringing their magic and their medicine… it truly takes a community and I have never experienced one quite like this!

The ceremony of making delicious food to share with people I love from conscious farmers and healthy soils fills my heart to the brim💕

Breaking bread with friends and family is most likely the oldest tradition across the globe~

I hold visions in my heart that everyone on this planet has the opportunity to feel the love in the form of nourishment that our great Mother Earth carries for us… and that we return that love with every breath and action we take🙏

Meet Leeloo… this strapping young fellow is our newest IMS level 1 student and our first class mascot!

We’re guessing based on his plumbline assessments that he has forward head posture, anterior pelvic tilt and a bit of kyphosis…

We won’t know for sure until we learn our length tension assessments tomorrow~

I’m looking forward to getting a CHEK inclinometer on this fellow to see if we can help with his snorty breathing pattern!
