Maintenance time!
🚴‍♀️TEMPORARY CLOSURE 🚴‍♂️ Starting April 19th, the 9 Line Bike Park will undergo a two-week closure for resurfacing maintenance on both the jump lines and the pump track. This scheduled maintenance is critical to properly maintain the park and keep it running smoothly. This year’s work will be focusing on resurfacing the pump track, the jump line, return line, and the starting platform and ramp.
Thank you for your understanding. We’re excited to prepare the bike park for its best spring and summer to date!

This could be a nice addition to west side bike areas.
SLC is wondering what to do with the old Raging Waters Park at 1700 S and 1300 W/Jordan River, which is too damaged to repair. Seems like the parking lot, restroom and 30 foot high hill would make a nice bike park. Might even be able to be lit for night riding. Tell SLC what you think should happen. https://www.slc.gov/can/real-estate-services/waterpark/

It seems as though some of the commuter cyclists along 900 S. have been getting squeezed by cars parking along the side of road. So, please give them some space by not parking in the red circled areas. Thanks!
The 9 Line dirt jumps are open.

It'll be back better than ever.

The 9 Line is getting a refresh in the form of a high clay cap layer, which will be durable and fast rolling. That means it will be closed to bicycles starting this Friday and until May 2. Please respect the work area and look forward to an even better roll.

Give everyone some space and follow the protocols below and we can keep riding at the 9 Line.
Hey, 9-Line riders!
We’ve seen a jump in users lately so we want to remind you of a few things so the 9-Line Bike Park can remain safe for everyone. Please keep a 6’ gap between yourself and others and congregating on the starting ramp is something to be especially mindful of. Take turns going to the top and have no more than 4 riders at a time on the start ramp. Thank you for your cooperation so we can keep the 9-Line Bike Park open!

Hey 9 Line riders! We need you all to be extra attentive to this and please let other folks know about distancing. Thanks!
With the Draper Cyclepark closed, we need to emphasize the importance of maintaining at least 6 foot distancing in order to comply with protocols. Please see our 10 ways to stay trail safe post for more tips. Thanks for protecting our community and access to trails.
