Update Wednesday’s!

Grinding these projects out in the garage to get ready for King of Hammers upcoming February!

This week we are working on regearing the rear axle, minor setbacks but we recently got in new parts.

We started 10.5 regear and ran our first pattern. We should be able to finish this this weekend as well as most of the front. Going with 1350 front drive shaft with yokes and for the rear we decided on a 1410 driveline with axle side fl**ge. Shim driver by Yukon has been a huge help with this regear and all of our Yukon internals have been making this regear go very smoothly.

Some parts that came in and will be installing:
•Yukon lockers
•Yukon ring and pinion

Just a little update on our current plans for the race Jeep!

•Rear axle is under Jeep

•All suspension mounts are mocked up

•Measurements for Rock Krawler suspension have been made and sent off

•Front axle regear has been continued

•Currently setting pinion preload with shims on the pinion to achieve perfect preload readings.

•Ordering misc axle parts this week such as seals to finish up the front axle
