Congratulations to Jackson! This young man has been very busy over the past couple of years with school and work, but has still found the time to come in and train in the sport He enjoys a lot. Steady as he goes, and he has certainly developed some excellent skills. I’m excited to watch as he continues to push himself and improve consistently.

There’s nothing like colored belts to bring the blue out in your eyes lol. Congratulations to these boys. They don’t miss a class and it shows with the level of their technique.

Check these kids out! Whether it’s the first stripe on their white belt or getting new colored belts, there’s nothing better for a kid than recognizing for themselves how their hard work pays off. They see it every day they train on the mats. Whether they win or lose that day, they keep coming back and just get better and better. Well done! We can all learn from them.

Check this smile out. It tells the whole story. From never doing anything like this in her life to learning the techniques and beginning to apply them in live training. Well done Linnea!

If you want to hear a great podcast with MATT SERRA interviewing with Rodrigo Gracie and telling some of the old crazy stories similar to what I’ve been sharing about what it was like in the early days of training under RENZO GRACIE in Manhattan in the 90s check out this link. https://youtu.be/nQJ2-8z-eo4?si=1QXEsu7sFQfmHlJc

Check out these belt promotions! Whether you’re a child or an adult, not only does it feel awesome to be recognized by your peers, but it will often affirm to yourself how hard work and pushing yourself will get the results that the masses aren’t willing to put themselves through. Well, done to all of you!

Great no gi class and fantastic to see four ladies on the mat. They certainly put the pressure on the fellas during training. Let’s keep at it!
