A new way to enjoy the Fundamentals.

Our Foundation/Tower class combines the basics with the unique feel of the Tower for a fun, supportive, and full-body workout. It’s a great way to build strength, improve mobility, and experience Pilates from a different perspective.

It’s so exciting to finally see our Snoqualmie studio coming to life 💚

We had a few classes today and honestly just had so much fun. It was really nice meeting some of the people who already joined our community and seeing the studio filled with movement, conversations, laughter, and good energy. It already feels warm and welcoming, and we can’t wait to keep building this community together 💚

Join us tomorrow, May 16th, 10am -2pm for our Open House at Pilates Studio 11, Snoqualmie. Come check out the studio, meet our team, ask questions, and just hang out with us for a little bit. We’ll be so happy to see you there.
