Kickboxing group fitness class offers exciting workouts that increase your cardio and strength conditioning. Go to our truemartialarts.com website and look for the “student portal” tab. You will need workout clothes, cloth mask, and bag gloves. If you don’t have gloves, we have some available to purchase on our website. Once a session is booked, there’s no cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds.

Hey Kickboxers! The Thursday 8 PM class is taking a week off and will be back next week. This Saturday's 8 AM class is all booked to capacity. Registration for next week's classes are live on our website.
Thanksgiving classes will be held at 8 AM and 9 AM. Registration for those two classes are also available on our website.
