What’s Happening at Dfine......Eat a rainbow of fruit and vegetables every day!
I know you all know these are good for us and we need to eat them every day. But........have you ever really tracked how much you truly consume? The minimum serving per day is 2 fruits & 3 vegetable servings. ( a serving is your fist size). Suggested we eat 5-9 servings per day!
Try to get a variety of color each day. Knowing that these gems will help reduce risk of cancer, diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s and reduce inflammation & so much more. Why don’t we eat them all day long? Just for fun, track your servings today? You might surprise yourself.

What’s Happening at Dfine...... As we begin 2021. I want to stress how important it is to support our bodies with nutrient rich foods. I believe if you enhance the quality of your food your fitness and over all health will be equally enhanced.

Cheers to 2021! A year for positive change................. 2020 was tough in so many ways. But as I look back over the year thinking about all the ups and downs I experienced I have a different perspective on life. The goals I have today are completely different due to the challenges faced in 2020. I want to reflect today on the positives that came out of of this crazy year and Look forward this new year a stronger person, able to take on more than I ever realized I could!
