The primary goals of our high school athletic programs are to accentuate the development of the whole student and to achieve a personal level of excellence in the areas of fitness, team commitment and sportsmanship. Athletics is a significant tool in the educational process of character development and helps to encourage students to lead by example. At the high school level, more than 20 different EC teams compete in the Metro AAA league. There are three seasons of different sports as well as year-long opportunities. About 85 percent of students participate in at least one sport. Follow EC on social media:

Gia K shot the low for the Crusaders with a 47. The boys were led by junior Jacob Powell who shot a 1 under par 35, followed by senior Matt Schafer with an even par 36.
