Leadership is earned through action

10/13/2026

Leading by example:

Leadership requires respect. Respect requires self-discipline.

You can't expect respect from others if you haven't learned to discipline yourself. That means controlling your attitude, keeping your ego in check and treating people right—even when things don't go your way.

Before you can lead others, you have to learn to lead yourself.
