So much fun training these athletes!!! Dryland swim training these kids is focused on complementing there water polo and swim meet events with sport specific strength training, core & balance movements, along with cardio & plyometric bursts. Looking forward to continuing to help these kids get to the next level. Go Sealions!!!

I had the privilege of trying out Bubbalas (new restaurant opening soon in Redhill shopping center) pastrami on rye today for lunch. Fourteen hours in the smoker, put on delicious locally made rye bread with spicy mustard, and a pickle on the side. Let me just say it was so delicious and tender! Thank you Greg, I really appreciate it and can’t wait for the restaurant to officially open soon!
