Muay Thai! For those who don’t know, Muay Thai is a martial arts from Thailand, what baseball is to America is what Muay Thai is to Thailand. They call it the art of eight limbs representing the punch, kick, elbow, and knee, x2. It’s a brutal art but extremely practical for self defense and fighting and what you are usually witnessing in the UFC when you see fighters on their feet fighting. Though Muay Thai is our foundation, we are hardly strictly and will often sprinkle other moves from other arts that have also proven practical. As Bruce Lee said, “where there is no style, there is no slave”
