💕I know how difficult it can be to struggle with body image issues, I’ve struggled with it as well. But here are some encouraging steps you can take to continue living life and making memories:
1. Keep taking pictures and making memories. You’ll look back on these one day and realize they are PRICELESS.
2. Pay attention to the content you’re digesting. Are you constantly scrolling through a feed of edited bodies? Or are you consuming positive uplifting content?
3. Change the dialogue to a positive one. One positive comment can change the entire trajectory of a conversation.
4. Strive to be the healthiest version of you, and don’t compare. Healthy looks different on everyone. As long as you are fueling your body with what it needs and getting a healthy dose of movement and exercise, that is healthy. A 6 pack and flat stomach is not maintainable by everyone and that’s okay 💖

Meal plan vs. Flexible dieting
I have tried all the diets and meal plans in the book. And most of them just DID NOT work for me. They didn’t work because they were boring, bland, and repetitive af.
That’s why I teach my clients flexible dieting instead of giving them a meal plan. I work closely with my clients to help them figure out what works for them, because everyone’s body responds differently.
I want my clients to enjoy this process and create sustainable changes!

💖 Having a why is the best way to stay committed to your goals. Without a reason why, you have no reason to keep showing up everyday.
💖 I workout so that I can keep up with my toddler and live a long healthy life. I want to be able to play with her, run with her, jump with her, do all things with her and have the energy to do so!

☀️We’re officially 60 days away from summer!☀️
And I know a lot of you are either starting new diets, workout routines, new habits or new lifestyles and I’m so proud of you!
So if that’s you, I want to share a few tips to support you, because I’ve been there many times 💕
1️⃣ Start small. It’s hard to stick to something when it feels overwhelming. Start with one small daily habit that you can stick to. And then gradually add in another, and another... Small, consistent habits add up to big results overtime 💪🏽
2️⃣ Be realistic about your approach. Don’t choose a diet or workout routine that is not sustainable for your lifestyle. It’s not realistic for everyone to completely cut out carbs, or workout 6 days a week. So if that’s you, choose a different approach.
3️⃣ Give yourself grace. You’re not going to see results overnight, but stay consistent and I promise it’ll all be worth it 💕
