Yoga is an excellent way for us to reduce the effects of aging on our bodies. In fact, the entire yoga philosophy revolves around the idea that our flexibility helps to determine our age, not the actual number of years that we've been alive.

The ideal time to have the practice of Yoga is early morning if you approach it as traditional way while practicing yoga one can have more benefits for overall health and wellness. Once you start twice a day keep 8 hours to 10 hours gap between two practices.

Yoga is amazing—even if you only practice for one hour a week, you will experience the benefits of the practice. If you can do more than that, you will certainly experience more benefits. I suggest starting with two or three times a week, for an hour or an hour and a half each time.

What to expect at your first yoga class
1.You won't nail all of the poses.
2.It's important to talk to your instructor.
3.Your instructor will adjust you if you're comfortable with it.
4.Breathing is crucial.
5.Not all classes are created equal.
