Have you ever tasted avocado toast?
We love them. It's an ideal recipe for breakfast or for a meal with a salad.
Avocado is rich in good oil, it will help you get the energy you need during your workout.
As well as being delicious, avocado is a superfood. It is full of vitamins, magnesium and is also an excellent natural anti-inflammatory.
Here is our recipe:
The recipe is really quite simple and can be seasoned to your liking.
1) Toast a slice of wholemeal bread
2) Peel the avocados
3) Blend the avocados with lemon juice, salt, garlic and pepper. The mixture should be fairly consistent.
4) Spread the mixture on your bread.
5) You can add a boiled egg on top, or slices of radish, cherry tomatoes...

You never know what to eat before training?
Here are 3 ideas tested & approved by the team:
- Cereal bars: you can buy them in the shop or even better make them yourself. It's super practical, you can put them in your bag and eat them directly before going to your session.
- Take a mix of dried fruit and a fruit (banana, apple)
- or the super energy balls! These are little balls that will give you plenty of energy. You can buy them in shops or make them yourself with oat flakes, agave syrup or honey, nuts and dried fruit. Just mix everything together, then form the little balls and let them cool in the fridge. Ready to go.

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 50 g oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 30 g whey
- 20 ml plant milk INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a blender, add the oatmeal, milk, egg white and egg and whey.
2. Blend and add the sliced banana.
3. Pour your pancakes on a hot pan, cook them on both sides and decorate according to your taste (maple syrup, honey, chocolate, fruit...).
Be careful with the cooking time, which is very fast. As soon as the pancakes can be removed, turn them over, otherwise they will be too dry.

Have you ever tried porridge for breakfast?
We love it! This recipe is ideal for a delicious and healthy breakfast. It gives you all the energy you need to start the day or before going to the gym.
The recipe is simple:
First, mix the oat flakes with milk. Then, put the mixture in a casserole and cook on low heat for about ten minutes until you get the texture you want. (Remove from the heat once the texture is quite creamy). Then you can add any toppings you like: honey, agave syrup, nuts, almonds, red fruits...
