What is Million Pound Mission, well here you go we are here to help everyone obtain fitness and health goals. Here is some information about us to help you decide to get some coaching. I am the Nevada State Coach but I can be your coach, you don't have to live in Nevada.

The "Million Pound Mission" (MPM) is a recent, nationwide U.S. weight-loss movement launched in late 2025, aiming to help people lose 1,000,000 pounds collectively through community, state-vs-state challenges, and local "State Coaches" for accountability, focusing on real-life, fad-free transformation, distinct from a past BBC "Million Pounds of Work" initiative or a 2018 SilverSneakers challenge.
Goal: To unite the U.S. to collectively lose one million pounds.
Method: Provides community, accountability, and friendly competition between states.
Structure: Recruits passionate "State Coaches" to lead and inspire members in their region.
Focus: No complex programs, just support for sustainable health and lifestyle changes.
