Big kudos to Push The Pace athlete Sarah Watson Martinez on her chilly outing this morning at Austin International Half! Sarah manages her running with a busy career and family life with two young kids. She had to put training on hold for a while but here she is getting back at it! Mission accomplished on race goal of sub-1:35 but eventually she'd like to break her current 1:28 PR. You can do it, Sarah! Congrats on a very solid and evenly paced race today!

Release the beast! He's at it yet again! Seems like Peter Ramirez can't be stopped. Since he started working with Push The Pace Coaching, it has been one PR after another. Just last month he broke four hours in the TCS New York City Marathon. This morning at the revamped San Antonio Marathon, he crushed his half-marathon PR by 16 (16!) minutes with a 1:39!

Huge shout out to our athlete Peter Ramirez for absolutely crushing his first-ever full marathon at TCS New York City Marathon! Talk about warrior mode -- he put in the hard work with 4 a.m. runs while juggling work challenges, family commitments and even charity fundraising for the race. Top goal was to finish happy and strong -- he did that while busting through the sub-4 barrier! Hats off to you, Pedro! Congrats my man!! Interested in coaching help to accomplish your running goals? Let's talk.

Big shout-out to Push The Pace athlete Peter Ramirez! In just three months, this dedicated and passionate runner has already taken his running to another level. He did the Scallywompus Event Battle of Leon Creek 10-miler this morning as a prescribed hard workout (not racing) and crushed it, in the process coming in 10th overall and second in his age group. His actual goal race is the San Antonio half-marathon next month. He had responded so well to training that we're having to tweak the original goal of breaking two hours. Great stuff, Peter! Keep it up! If you or someone you know is interested in coaching services, reach out and let's talk!
