A little progress each day adds up to big results!
BEFORE 👈 running 30-40 miles a week, and scared to eat AFTER 👉 lots of food, trial and error, being uncomfortable with the scale “going up” lifting heavy, minimal cardio. Right 2017 134 #

A few movements from today’s training session.
Threw in some Time Under Tension (TUT) for a different stimulus.

🧠🧠The concept of time-under-tension (TUT) basically refers to how long the muscle is under strain or resisting the weight during each set. Research has shown one way to maximize hypertrophy or muscle growth, you want to keep the muscle under constant tension or stress🧠🧠
