Please review the rules this week as you make your final preparations!
All matches will be 5 minutes long, with the exception of our blue belt main event (10 minutes).

We will be having a Rules Meeting at approximately 6:15pm on the night of the event. This is mandatory for athletes and coaches are highly encouraged to attend. You will also be able to ask questions for clarification during/ immediately after the meeting.
