I use to suck in my gut to get them on, even that had me thrilled. I don’t event want to mention the shirt. I bought it just because it says Travis AFB when it was too small on me. This health journey is just getting better and better. My morning blood sugar is going down as well. All wins! I’m 52 pounds down from last summer and 64 from my heaviest.”
