Happy November 1st!! Whoβs ready to get moving this month?! ππ»ββοΈππΌββοΈππ£
This month letβs shoot to get at least 10k steps a day. The fall weather is perfect to get outside and go for walks. If you are stuck inside an office all day, try and take a few breaks and get up an do a lap around the floor you are on or do a lap(s) around your building. Adding in these short walks will get you to your goal. Park further away. If you are intentional with your movement you will get those 10K steps easily.
Donβt have an Apple Watch or some type of step tracker, no problem. Just MOVE!
We would love to see how you all are doing each day. Tag us in your post or stories when you are out getting those steps in or a picture of your step count.
Why do this you ask? Because walking has so many health benefits! Improves your mood, increases energy levels, improves digestion, reduces stress, maintain a healthy body weight, and improves sleep, just to name a few.
Now letβs get moving! π€
