As a parent, I know I would do almost anything to keep my kids safe!
We are having a FREE Mom and Me self defense class this Saturday May 13th at 11:30am here at Kaizen Martial Arts!! This is class is open to any mom in the community and their children elementary age and above.
This will be a fun and safe environment to learn some techniques and tips to keep you and your family safe.
