🌷🌷🌷Here are the benefits of Malasana (Garland Pose) :-
• Opens and stretches the hips deeply
• Strengthens ankles, knees, and lower legs
• Improves digestion by gently compressing the abdomen
• Enhances balance and body stability
• Lengthens the spine and improves posture
• Helps release lower-back tension
• Promotes grounding and calmness

One asana can combine the use of strength, balance, flexibility, and focus to successfully achieve the posture 🧘🏽‍♀️

Guided by our breath we learn to control our bodies (through movement and muscle usage), our minds (through meditation), and our energy (through pranayama practices).

Yoga has no external destination 🌸
Devotion to the practice will lead you to the greatest gift… yourself 🩵✨🙏🏽
