Thank you God🙏🏾Today was nothing short of amazing. I got to spend the entire day with our 187th Medical Battalion adopted school Briscoe Elementary Bears❤️. These babies are so amazing in more ways than one. When you love what you do and others around loves it even more. It makes the joint pain aftermath worthwhile. Thank you to Lorraine Harper ❤️🙏🏾🤗 , 187th Medical Battalion Command Team and Briscoe Elementary for trusting Xtreme Hip Hop with Kat for the last 2 years🙏🏾❤️.

Thank you God for always placing me in the right place at the right time. I had the pleasure of introducing Xtreme Hip Hop with Kat to United States Army Nurses Corp on Wednesday morning for PT. I never met so many amazing, exciting and hardworking group of individuals. Thank you for your service❤️🙏🏾. Also, I want to thank Timisha of Hip Hop with Timisha and Jeanetta for assisting me you were amazing. Thank you to some of my dedicated steppers Edna and Amonee for never letting me fly solo...you ladies are everything. The highlight of the event was that beautiful coin that was presented to me ❤️❤️❤️❌️

Good Blessed Evening. This week was exhausting, but nothing short of amazing. I got to enjoy my Monday 4:30pm crew at JBSA Ft Sam Houston and they even came back to turn up on Thursday morning @ 0530am and we were on fire 🔥. Thank you guys for showing up and out.
