Backstory: an elderly individual passed on their bedroom floor from natural causes. Unfortunately, the individual had no family in the state and the property manager was the one to discover the body after realizing the individual hadn't paid rent in several months. Can you guess how long the body was sitting for?
One of the sh!tti3st hoards we've cleaned! 💩 A woman owned several dogs and due to mental illness, was unable to care for them properly. She designated one room in the home to let the dogs relieve themselves. The woman was baker acted and the dogs were seized by animal control to be rehomed. The definition of decomposition is a tad morbid. It’s the state or process of rotting or decay. And, although we’re all alive and well right now, at some point, death will be unavoidable.
Decomposition starts with the breakdown of tissues after death and advances all the way to skeletal deterioration.

🚨CW: BIOHAZARD CLEANUP!🚨 This biohazard cleanup was a simpler one. One of the individuals living in the home had been building some furniture and was using a sharp knife to cut open the furniture boxes. A quick slip up led to a bloody gash on their leg. The individual received medical attention for the cut, and fortunately our Tampa team was able to get in there and safely remove the biohazard.
