🔥 MISSION CROSSFIT JUNE CHALLENGE IS HERE! 🔥
Think you've got what it takes to claim the top spot?
For the month of June, we're kicking off our first-ever monthly fitness challenge!
These challenges can be completed anytime you're in the gym and as many times as you'd like throughout the month.
🏆 June Challenge:
500 Meter Row for Time
Rules:
✅ Unlimited attempts all month long
✅ Must have another Mission member witness and judge your effort
✅ Scores will be tracked on the challenge board
✅ Submit your scores on the scorecards at the gym
✅ Fastest male and fastest female at the end of the month win bragging rights (and maybe a little something extra 😉)
Whether you're chasing a PR, looking for some friendly competition, or just want to test your fitness, this challenge is for everyone. Come give it a shot, see where you stack up, and keep coming back to improve your time.

Memorial Day Murph 2026 🇺🇸
More than 80 people showed up today to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

🔥 200 Push-Ups
🏋️ 300 Air Squats
