Typical Daily Meals
Breakfast:
4 whole eggs, 60g oats w/ one scoop of protein and banana, coffee with almond milk and greens supplement
Lunch: 6 oz. chicken breast and 8 oz. white rice with low cal BBQ sauce
Pre Workout Snack: 1 bagel with almond butter and jam
Post Workout Shake: 1 scoop of protein
Post Workout Meal: 6 oz. chicken breast, 8 oz. white rice
Dinner: 4 oz. steak, 6 oz. white rice
Bedtime: 100g oats, 1 scoop of casein protein
Calories: 3500
Chest & Back Workout:
4x 8,8,10,10 DB Bench Press
4x15 Incline BB Bench Press
4x15 Standing Cable Fly
2x20 Lower Standing Cable Fly
4x15 Lat Pull Down
4x12 Bent Over Row
3x12 Reverse Pull Down
3x10 Seated Cable
4x15 Shrugs

GUESS WHO’S BACK!!

Stepped on the scale this morning at 210lbs, which is a gain of about 5lbs a month
..
It may not be 100% muscle gain but I’m feeling thicc and juicy, also I was trying to do a cool “ahhh” face but it looks more like I’m yawning so whatever

Stepped on the scale this morning at 197lbs and thought to myself
“Hey, maybe I should start eating more”
..
Now it’s time to bulk and I’m very excited *Evil Laugh* Muwahahha
..
Don’t worry, no junk food allowed. Clean bulk all the way...except maybe some pre workout donuts every now and then.
