Dragon athlete Henry Das has been invited to the 2026 Alamo City High School Sports Awards hosted by San Antonio Express-News on May 31, 2026, where he will be recognized as a finalist for the Academic Athlete of the Year Award.
This award is presented to the top graduating student-athletes in the area who demonstrate excellence both in competition and in the classroom. Henry’s commitment, leadership, and dedication as a student-athlete have made him an outstanding representative of Dragon athletics.

The Dragon Softball team was selected to receive the 2026 Heart & Hustle Award at the San Antonio Express-News High School Sports Awards.
“This award is presented to athletes or teams who have faced adversity on or off the field while demonstrating compassion, resilience, strength, and perseverance. The way the Southwest softball community has continued to support one another and honor Angelina Terrazas’ memory throughout the season truly reflects the spirit of this recognition.”
Dragon Softball will be honored at the award ceremony on May 31st.
