If you fail to plan… then you should plan to fail. Motivation only last so long, so you need to understand that it’s the discipline & accountability that is going to get you where you want be. You don’t have to take the journey alone. How much progress have you made in the last 3 months? If the answer not enough it might be time to ask for help. I know a guy lol 😂

If you want something you’ve never had you have do things you’ve never done. The question is how bad do you want it. There are always gonna be barriers. Mandatory : Body fat read out. ( Either Rocks or home scale with video and screen shot of read out)
All participants get meal plan customized for them and an workout program for the 8 weeks.
Ending with same as above
Points awarded for weight lost / Body fat lost / Muscle gain / and body transformation
Through the 8 weeks they get $5 off meal prep & $20/ session off personal training.
