Join us for a conversation with Dr. Blakely, a Sport Psychologist & Therapist on Thursday, July 2nd from 6:00-8:00 PM at ACP. All swimmers are welcome to attend as we discuss building confidence, coping with race anxiety, quieting the inner critic, and increasing connection to self. The session will include practical psychological strategies participants can apply immediately to enhance confidence, performance, and wellness in the pool and in life. A Q&A will follow, time permitting.
