New to Spiral Pole? Start here! Learn smooth transitions, controlled movements, and graceful spins in a welcoming, supportive environment.

No prior pole experience is required. Wear leggings!

🔥 INTERMEDIATE SPIRAL POLE
7:30–9:30 PM

Ready to level up? Explore more complex spiral movements, advanced transitions, fluid sequences, and momentum control while combining strength, flexibility, and grace.

Some pole experience is recommended. Wear leggings!

This workshop takes aerial pole beyond collecting cool static shapes and dives into making them **FLOW**. Jessica will explore innovative hangs, unexpected grips, clean grip switches, efficient pathways, controlled transitions, and creative sequencing so you can connect skills into combinations that feel as good as they look. 🔥

You’ll work on:
✨ New & unexpected hang variations
✨ Clean, safe grip changes and switches
✨ Linking skills into fluid combinations
✨ Conserving energy while increasing impact
✨ Blending strength, technique & artistry

If you already love **pole, lyra, trapeze, flying pole, or other hard apparatus**, this is a delicious opportunity to steal some new movement vocabulary for your apparatus of choice. 👀
