What a gift it is to do what we love and come back to the bar each day with fresh energy and a positive mindset. Bar work is the foundation for center and set us up for the rest of the day. Also, so fun to look back on old videos can you spot some of our alumni? Fun fact, they are now dancing at Ballet Idaho, Milwaukee Ballet, Charlotte Ballet, and Louisville Ballet!!
