is a youth self-defense and character-development program created by Gracie Jiu-Jitsu to help children confidently handle bullying—without fighting, striking, or aggression. The program is specifically designed for kids and addresses both the physical and psychological aspects of bullying.

Gracie Combatives®
is the foundational self-defense program created by the Gracie family for beginners, focusing on practical techniques designed for real-world situations. It was developed to equip students with a core set of 36 techniques that are most effective in self-defense encounters. These techniques are divided into manageable lessons that require no prior experience in martial arts.
