This weekend we had to say “see you soon” to our PJ and Coach Courtney! A family move is taking them up I35 just far enough that the drive just doesn’t work.

PJ, keep grinding girl. The growth you’ve made since join g us has been awesome to watch. Keep it up, I expect to see you back in the Blaze Gold/United program in the next few years!

Court! Thank you for grabbing onto my wild idea of pulling the mom with college experience up off the sidelines and back onto the field. Your spark for the game has been great for the girls. I had bigger plans for your new career but don’t worry my wheels are still turning 😉

A couple of days late on this post, but super proud of these young ladies! Our original tournament was rained out but we found some turf fields to play on and they are starting to find a little groove. More hits on the weekend than all previous tournaments, more strikes being thrown by our young pitchers and the defense continues to hold it down. Always room to improve and keep working hard and quietly behind the scenes but grabbing some bling along the way will always help boost that confidence! Runners up this weekend!

The sparks on the field are rapidly growing with each tournament but these costumes were full on FIRE! Scared to Bats costume contest WINNERS!!

Memories being made, lessons being learned!!

The girls had a great time watching UTSA and TX State battle it out last night. They asked tons of questions and cheered so loud they got invited on the field to meet the home team after the game!!

Oh and can’t forget to mention they got to sit right next to the GOAT (and were very respectful once they found/figured out who it was) and patiently waited until the end of the night for a few pics!

Busy weekend for the girls this week, more to come on that, but if your in town Sunday check them out!
