In basketball, mobility isn’t optional — it’s foundational.

A player can have skill.
A player can lift weights.
A player can shoot 500 shots a day.

But if their hips are tight, ankles restricted, and thoracic spine locked up… they will never reach their true ceiling.

Limited mobility =
• Slower first step
• Poor change of direction
• Inconsistent shooting mechanics
• Increased risk of injuries
• Playing below maximum skill level

Too many unqualified trainers skip mobility because it’s not flashy. It doesn’t look cool on Instagram. But it’s what separates average programs from elite development.

Dear Parents,

I’m currently working on my spring and summer schedule and opening up limited training opportunities.

I’ll be doing training in San Antonio during:

• Spring Break (March/April)
• August

I wanted to reach out to my former and current middle/high school athletes first before opening additional spots publicly.

🔥 March/April packages include tickets to a San Antonio Spurs game

The San Antonio training experience includes:
• Private / semi-private on-court skill development
• Strength & conditioning + plyometrics (weight room access)
• Pool workout
• Film study sessions
• Open run with AAU / post-grad team
• Fun non-basketball activities

This is a complete development experience — not just workouts.

✈️ I also have limited availability to travel March–May and August to train in your city. You would secure the gym, cover flight + hotel, and training fees would apply.

College-Ready Body vs. Just a “Game-Ready” Body

Everybody wants to play college basketball…

But not everybody has a college-ready body.

There’s a difference.

A not college-ready body:
– Gets pushed off spots
– Struggles to absorb contact
– Lacks explosion in traffic
– Breaks down late in the season
– Plays 125 AAU games but never gets stronger

A college-ready body:
– Strong through contact
– Explosive off one and two feet
– Can defend multiple positions
– Has added lean muscle the right way
– Is built for an 8-month college season

Too many young players are focused only on playing games.
Travel ball. Tournaments. Exposure.

But it’s hard to gain real weight, strength, and mass when your offseason is 125 AAU games.

College coaches today are recruiting bodies that can compete immediately. This is the most competitive era in college basketball recruiting ever — older players, transfers, NIL, portal movement. If you’re not physically ready, you’re behind before you arrive.
