UPDATE: We are now open for in studio classes, and there are still a few spots left for tomorrow. We will be closed this Thursday September 3rd, and Saturday September 5th. Our classes will resume on September 8th! 💚 I can’t wait to celebrate the full moon with you this week!

Yesterday evening was our first in studio class since mid March! It was so nice to be back in this space. Our students felt refreshed and renewed! Hey everyone! I wanted to share some insight on how I started my yoga practice💚. Health and wellness has been a passion of mine since I was a teen. Although I was never into sports or working out too heavily lol 😂. I was always looking for ways to better my mental health as well as build overall strength in my body 💪🏼. I suffered from severe migraines in my teens through my late twenties. When I started practicing yoga daily I was able to take control of my migraines. I understand that migraines are brought on by a number of reasons. So, yoga cannot be the cure all for many people, but it can assist towards any type of healing 🙏. This was just a little insight and I would love to share more! 💗
