Jo is a jogger and has had persistent knee pain for as long as she can remember.

Her main concern when she joined was "I don't know if my knee will be able to take it "

It's been over a year and she can squat well over 100lbs with an excellent range of motion.

We like to incorporate a variety of lower body movements to reduce the chance for overuse and to improve overall athletic abilities.

Everyone starts somewhere, but in our walls, everyone gets strong.

Dane has lost over 100 lbs. I wish I could say it's due to some special training program that we created or a secret nutrition strategy that only our members have access to, but that's not it. All we did was provide the environment for success.

That environment has allowed Dane to stay CONSISTENT.

He shows up to train 4 days a week. He does his cardio. He watches his calories and he doesn't make excuses.

If you're tired of making excuses and want to finally see some progress, comment **PROGRESS** and one of our coaches will shoot you a DM so we can put you in an environment where you can be successful too.

April and Emilia are working on some heel-elevated squats today!

We're using this variation as an accessory to their regular squats. It lets us focus a bit more on the quads by keeping them a little more upright.
