🎉 Congratulations to our Invert Series graduates! 🎉

Five weeks of hard work, practice, determination, and progress! 💪✨ Inversions are such a big milestone in your pole journey, and they take time, strength, technique, and plenty of practice to build.

We are SO proud of everyone who completed our 5-Week Invert Series! ❤️ Thank you for showing up, challenging yourselves, and continuing to push through even when things felt difficult. We hope you’re proud of how far you’ve come — because we certainly are!

A very special thank you to Braina Braina (bri-an-nah) AKA Briiiii for guiding everyone through this challenging series and providing so much encouragement, knowledge, and support along the way. 🥰 We are so thankful for you!

Congratulations, everyone! 🎉 We can’t wait to see where all of that hard work takes you — and we’re already looking forward to our next Invert Series! 💕
