Are you looking for a challenge in your yoga practice?
If so, please join me on Saturdays- 9am at the beautiful Blue Cat studio. This studio is downtown right in Hemisfair park by Magik Theatre. You can park in the parking lot by the theatre or in the new parking garage off Cesar Chavez. The parking is free either way, we have validations and parking passes!
This class is a strong vinyasa flow class with ultimate relaxation during savasana. I'm now offering a sound bath at the end of class to fully connect with the Divine within .
