Breathing with is simply the act of drawing your awareness to your breath. What does that feel like for you? Can you feel the coolness coming in through the nostrils, and out through the mouth? What about when you bring the air all the way down into the belly, and pushing it back out?
The simple act of focusing on the breath allows us to immerse ourself in the present moment with the act as it happens. This is mindfulness at it's core.
