6/3-5th 7/8-10th 8/5-7th.
BOERNE location:
6/10-12th 7/15-17th

All camps run from 9:30am-2:30pm and are lead by one of our full time instructors. No experience is necessary. Hope to see you there!

After 25 yrs of teaching Martial Arts we are finally starting a class specifically for older adults. The goal is to provide all the same mental and physical benefits of Martial Arts but with less impact, while learning self defense techniques that we can continue to use as we age. We invite all adults over 55 yrs old to come see what we are offering at an open house class on 2/21 10:00am-10:45am at our Leon Springs location. Hope to see you there.
