If I told you to move 60,000 pounds by hand in an hour, you’d probably think I was insane. You’d picture an impossible mountain of weight and say, “No way.”
But in the gym, we do it all the time. Fifteen reps. Five sets. Eight exercises.
No panic. No overthinking. Just one rep at a time.
Last week, my workout moved over 61,000 pounds—without me even realizing it—because I wasn’t focused on the total. I just did the work.
When you treat your goals like a gym session, everything changes. Stop staring at the mountain. See the next rep. Momentum will carry you farther than you think.
