We’re proud to announce that Jack Polansky has completed the First Tee ACE Program with a perfect score!💯

ACE is the highest level of certification a participant can achieve within the First Tee global network, preparing participants with the skills, experiences and confidence they need for whatever comes next.

Through ACE, Jack explored his future goals, investigated education and career paths, invested in his community and completed four major projects focused on community service, career, education and golf.

To recognize this incredible accomplishment, First Tee – Greater San Antonio awards participants who complete the ACE Program with a $3,000 scholarship check to support them as they take the next steps toward their future.

A special thank you to Coach Maija Tanberg for coaching Jack and helping guide him throughout his ACE journey.

Congratulations, Jack! We’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see all you accomplish next! 💚

We’re so proud of our Director of Program Operations, Coach Jay, and Program Specialist, Coach Mallory, for completing their Level 2 Coach Training at First Tee – Greater Dallas last weekend! 👏⛳️

Level 2 Coach Training is an important step in continuing to grow as First Tee coaches, with a focus on working with participants ages 10–13, developing effective lesson plans, practicing teaching techniques, and seamlessly integrating golf skills with character development.

We’re grateful for their commitment to continuing their education and strengthening the skills they bring to our participants every day. We can’t wait to see the impact they’ll continue to make both on and off the course!

A few weeks ago, First Tee – Greater San Antonio participants Sebastian Garcia and Brody Albertson had the incredible opportunity to attend the 2026 First Tee Leadership Summit at West Creek Ranch in Montana!

Over two weeks, 40 participants from First Tee chapters across the country took part in outdoor adventures, leadership development, and experiences designed to help them discover their values, strengthen their communication skills, build confidence, and grow as leaders.

We are so proud of Sebastian and Brody for representing First Tee – Greater San Antonio for being selected for this incredible opportunity! We’re also so thankful to First Tee and PGA TOUR Superstore for investing in the growth and development of young people and creating experiences like this for our participants.
