Read it and weep, or rejoice! You found your people.
2023 Team Stabdards and Princicples are on ’s Coaching Board now! 🙌🏻
A few responses to Q’s we often receive:
1) Do you accept drop-ins?
Mostly no, sometimes yes: Text us. With the recent outbreak of COVID, it’s pretty much a no right now for all traveling lifters or those who are currently training in a public facility.
As of 2020, we are a private training facility for members only. We will update our website if this policy loosens!
2) Are you accepting new members?
Jilly meets with all potential new members in person or via zoom before presenting one to three membership contract options or recommending other coaching opportunities in the area: This meeting is required.
We are not currently accepting new remote lifters at this time. We accept a maximum of three new members per month as of 2022.
3) How much are your memberships?
Average membership for NEW, non-full-time-under-sporting-age-25 (U25)-with-a-3.0+-GPA: $300 per month, THREE MONTH MINIMUM
$400+/month intermediate/Competition Team memberships include a minimum of private, bi-weekly, flexible 60 minute coaching sessions; access to two small group WL Technique Review sessions weekly (capped at five members); five Team Training opportunities (ten members per coach) per week; 24/7 key fob gym access with IWF training equipment; individualized programming; and event prep, meet week nutrition and meet day coaching.
Qualified full-time students are eligible for reduced rates based on scholastic achievement, leadership, community involvement, and national lifting achievements: We also offer “Training Scholarships” up to $5,000 per year to highly qualified university student lifters.
Tl;dr: Our average membership (non-student) is $400/month.
Our average U25 student pays less than $200 per month and receives most if not all or more of the benefits and services outlined above.
We are aware that we are organized a little differently than most local gyms:
Our “Team Standards” include a few other principles, guidelines and safety procedures, but at our core, this is who we are. ✌🏻
